“ Actually your facilities are excellent, but should be a little more customer friendly, when a customer asks for chicken chettinad, if it's not available, let him suggest the next alternative, don't offer another item which you think is more suitable, another point I want to mention is if the customer orders half portion, don't deliver full portion without his consent.
